　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Maintain a record of all corrections and revisions to documentation

　　Collaborate and confer with stakeholders to document subject material and technical specifications

　　Edit documentation immediately preceding delivery

　　Research, propose and implement customer-specific documentation solutions

　　Initiate improvements in documentation

　　Display consistent and advanced time-management ability

　　Comply with and improve upon document control management processes

　　Standardize organizational documentation • Monitor user feedback and implement improvements

　　Develop, gather, and disseminate technical information

　　Manage multiple projects with revolving deadlines • Meet all related release and documentation deadlines

　　May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned Job Knowledge

　　Skills and Abilities:

　　Ability to comprehend, assimilate and document numerous software applications, hardware functionality and software/hardware integration independently

　　Excellent writing skills

　　Ability to utilize multiple desktop publishing and video/still-image editing programs

　　Proficient with Madcap Flare software

　　Ability to edit, proofread and implement in-line changes

　　Advanced understanding of technical writing conventions

　　Ability to comprehend and clearly communicate complex technical data

　　Advanced documentation layout and formatting skills

　　Highly motivated, independent individual Education and Experience

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

　　2-4 years of full-time work experience directly related to developing technical and/or software product information

　　Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $80,080 - $104,000.
