  Position Overview:

  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce B2B Commerce Solution Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a B2B Commerce Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions that help our clients optimize their operations and enhance their digital presence.

  Responsibilities:

  Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions tailored to meet client requirements, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce.Customization: Customize and extend Salesforce B2B commerce platforms to deliver bespoke solutions that address unique client needs.Integration: Integrate Salesforce B2B commerce solutions with various systems, including ERP, CRM, PIM, Tax, Inventory, payment gateways, and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of developed solutions, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and performance benchmarks. Perform code reviews to ensure quality.Documentation: Create technical documentation, including design specifications, code documentation, and deployment procedures.Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, provide technical insights, and offer guidance on best practices for Salesforce B2B commerce development (configuration and customization).Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.Technical Expertise: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to Salesforce B2B commerce and e-commerce.

  Requirements / Skillset:

  Proven Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce B2B Commerce DeveloperSalesforce Certifications: Salesforce B2B Commerce Admin Accredited Professional, Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer Accredited Professional, and relevant developer certifications (PD1, PD2, JavaScript Developer)Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (Data Model, Administration, Storefront Setup), Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs, and Deployment Tools. Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Knowledge of Design Patterns, Coding Best Practices, and Version Control tools.Business Acumen: Strong understanding of B2B commerce processes, including order management, pricing, promotions, entitlements, and customer experience.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to understand complex business problems and build innovative and practical solutions.Team Player: A collaborative attitude with a willingness to mentor and support other team members.Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and client needs.
