  The Solution Architect will assist with the rapid development, testing, and roll-out of scaled "Journey" programs that enhance our customers' experience and success across the Salesforce Customer Success Platform.

  In this position, the candidate will work with internal collaborators to drive the collection and prioritization of requests, help gather detailed requirements, assist with data analysis as needed, participate in translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, and coordinate with our scrum team on sprint planning and execution. They will create and document user stories for sprints, participate in testing and preparation for deployment; assist with post production support.

  The Solution Architect will be responsible for understanding our core business objectives and proactively identifying process improvements and opportunities for automation and integration. We are also giving focus to our Professional Services organization's scope of influence & capability in AI technologies that are core to Salesforce's Einstein solutions. AI Solution Architects will have generative, predictive, and analytic AI knowledge and have validated expertise in the area of AI requirements gathering, design, and general technology understanding. The AI Solution Architect is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining artificial intelligence solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring that AI initiatives drive value and innovation.

  YOUR IMPACT: Responsibilities

  

  Solution Architects will contribute to and/or lead passionate, impactful, collaborative teams focused on delivering complex, transformative strategy engagements. AI Solution Architects play a critical role in ensuring that AI initiatives align with the organization's goals and deliver tangible value.

  Engage with internal team members to drive prioritization and requirements gathering processes for new journey requests.Assist the team to help with the technical teams to work to be sized and assigned to sprints.Compose and maintain business requirements and functional design documents.Collaborate with solution architects, designers, developers, and business SMEs to ensure the journey needs and business rules are accurately collected, understood and delivered.Apply ever expanding knowledge of AI technologies, at large and at Salesforce, to provide broad strategic perspective and guidance to Salesforce customers.Have a foundational understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.Act as a liaison between business collaborators and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications.Partner with Industry/OU leaders and to ensure continuous feedback between requirements deliverables and industry specific insights and needs.Stay aligned to industry priorities and strategies in an effort to incorporate customized and prioritized solutions to customer engagements.Creating clear and comprehensive documentation for AI and Integration projects, including user manuals, technical guides, and compliance documentationAttend daily stand-ups, story pointing meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure progress on requests and removal of blockers.Support communications to all key stakeholders regarding milestone dates and/or project risk & issue resolution.Support user acceptance testing and handle end to end issue resolution cycle.Provide deployment, training, and change management support to business users.Troubleshoot and facilitate issue resolution by suggesting techno-functional workarounds.Participate in UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts, testing logistics, test execution, status reporting, final sign off, and project roll out.Develop solutions to help streamline internal requirements gathering and sprint planning processes. (Recommend and participate in process improvements at all times.)

  Requirements

  8+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant working on projects in a matrix organization.Consultative approach, including ability to gather customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize work.Demonstrate strong problem solving skills, process-driven approach, and resourcefulness.Flexibility in shifting direction quickly when priorities change; excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.Baseline ability to handle customer expectations by understanding their needs, resolving alternatives to meet requirements and communicating appropriately.Excellent verbal and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.Accountable teammate with a constructive attitude, problem-solving and customer service mentality who is able to work with virtual multi-functional teams.Be knowledgeable in Salesforce products and capabilities and have experience designing and/or implementing Salesforce solutions.Experience working in / with consulting and customer success is valued.Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese is a plusExperience working with Scrum teams and Agile Methodology is valuedExperience working with APIs and Integration is a plus.Experience with the Salesforce.com platform and related cloud or web-based technologies is a plus.
