　　• Assist in establishing coding, software design approaches and standards and ensure the product teams are adhering to standard methodologies.

　　• Review process, components and dependencies with the architecture team to ensure alignment with technical strategy.

　　• Focus on eliminating any pressing technical impediments to the teams.

　　• Stay up to date with technology advancement and ensure our product technology stack is optimized for strategic growth.

　　• Provide inspiration and guidance to the growing team, champion a culture of openness, collaboration and innovation.

　　• Design and develop core extensions to an innovative web application framework.

　　• Passionate about development and is anxious to learn from other high-level developers.

　　• Team player with ability to collaborate idea sharing in strong product setting.

　　• Able to communicate, encourage and empower all levels of staff.

　　• Partner with multiple engineering teams, and multi-functional stakeholders.

　　• Adhere to Agile Sprints, Delivery Framework, and SDLC best practices.

　　• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, Quick learner and issue resolution skills.

　　• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

　　• Need to coordinate with senior members and BU team to discuss status updates.

　　• Understand criticality of tasks and highlight risks.

　　What you will need to have:

　　7- 10 years of application development experience using ASP.NET and VB.Net/C#

　　Hands-on experience with Visual Studio 2022 and .NET v6.0 & .NET Framework v4.6.2

　　Working knowledge of object oriented design principles and patterns

　　Good Knowledge on Angular 8, .Net Core and Web APIs

　　Familiar with Session State Management, Caching, Http handlers and Modules, Page life cycle, Error handling etc

　　Good knowledge of RDBMS design concepts and coding practices

　　Working experience of SQL Server (TSQL, SPs, functions, triggers, joins etc)

　　Good knowledge of Unit testing (component testing, boundary conditions, interfaces, positive and negative scenarios etc)

　　What would be great to have:

　　Experience working in a Scrum Development Team

　　Banking and Financial Services experience

　　Java Certifications.
