　　As the Technical Lead for Generative AI, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team of skilled data scientists, architects, and implementation experts. 　　o Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in generative AI.

　　Data Science Expertise:o Oversee the development of robust and generative AI applications.

　　o Ensure the application of best practices in machine learning and data science.

　　Solutions Architecture:o Design end-to-end architecture for generative AI solutions, considering scalability, security, and performance.

　　o Collaborate with the architecture team to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems.

　　o Provide technical leadership in the selection of appropriate technologies for AI implementation.

　　Implementation and Deployment:o Lead the implementation of generative AI and NLP models/applications into production environments.

　　o Ensure the seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems and processes.

　　o Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize deployment processes.

　　EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

　　• 10+ years of experience in algorithmic product development

　　• Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.

　　• Strong background in data science, machine learning, and generative AI.

　　• Expertise in solutions architecture with a focus on scalability and performance.

　　• Hands-on experience in implementing and deploying AI solutions in real-world scenarios.

　　• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
