About Team Member Experience Liaison

  Overview

Talent is the top priority for businesses across all industries as we are in a worldwide talent shortage. The talent landscape is shifting. Today’s workers have different motivations for career decisions and ever-changing expectations for their full-time or part-time employer. Specifically, the Team Member Experience sub-department within Marketing works to inspire and equip Franchise Operators with offering an elevated Applicant and Team Member Experience.

In this role, you are entrusted with building a partnership with field facing Staff and Area Support Teams. The partnership will equip field facing Staff on the available optional tools and new capabilities available to Operators as helpful resources. These partnerships will be strengthened by cross-travel and intentional collaboration at the Support Center. As a subject matter talent expert you will partner across your assigned region internally and externally to support collective efforts in successfully navigating this talent challenge. In addition to the Area Support Teams, you will also provide internal stakeholders with key information on our sub-department efforts.
