　　Job Purpose

　　The car wash Team Member is responsible for the care and maintenance of our customers’ vehicles. This includes greeting customers and guiding vehicles on to conveyor. Providing excellent customer service to all guests in accordance with company policies. In addition, this position will be responsible for maintaining an orderly environment by keeping car wash areas clean and free from debris/slips or other hazards that may affect their safety.

　　Duties and Responsibilities

　　Greet and assist customers as they drive into the car wash line.

　　Sell and enroll customers in our Unlimited Plan.

　　Prepare vehicles and guide onto the car wash conveyor.

　　Clean and maintain facilities, grounds, tools, and equipment.

　　All other duties assigned.

　　Requirements

　　Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

　　Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

　　Outdoors year-round in all related weather conditions (i.e., sun, rain, wind, snow, extreme cold or heat).

　　Ability to stand for long periods of time.
