  What you’ll do:

  Supervises the daily activities of the Product Engineering Team, sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion, coordinates work activities with other supervisors.

  Responsible for talent management to ensure the continued engagement and development for direct reports.

  Work closely with R&D, Product Management, Quality, Operations in designing and maintaining the product performance.

  Plans and executes on projects to improve the product design and manufacturing process, throughout its lifecycle, whilst mitigating the risk of introducing performance changes.

  Prepares detailed validation protocols for IQ, OQ, PQ and write the validation reports in close cooperation with quality engineering.

  Apply Danaher Problem Solving Process and use A3 actions plans to solve complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

  Lead or be part of multi-functional teams to support projects at global level and on local level.

  Who you are:

  Strong focus on continuous improvement of products and processes.

  Uses best practices and knowledge of other sites or external business issues to improve products or services.

  You have a DBS skillset acquired at high level, and therefore cross functional available to mentor, facilitate and lead projects on global level in the DHR organization.

  You are action oriented, have an analytical mindset and are always looking to optimize work processes.

  Strong leadership, teamwork and cross functional cooperative skills required.

  It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  A recognised Engineering Certificate/Degree or equivalent and subsequent experience in product development or manufacturing.

  Formal training and qualification in management techniques or relevant experience managing people would be an advantage.

  Familiar with process validation procedures and techniques (IQ, OQ and PQ) documents for new products, processes, and equipment.
