Job Description
Danfoss is seeking a hands-on, flexible Engineering Team Lead to join ourteam. You will work in a team-oriented environment and will have exposure tomany different processes and tasks.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, thefollowing.Lead and coach a team of Application EngineersDevelop strong electric motors and power electronics expertise throughresearch, testing and analysis of such components and real duty cyclesWork with technical sales team to evaluate customer specifications,contribute to proposals, respond to requests, provide training, evaluateproduct applicationsSelect and specify products to ensure conformance to component applicationrequirements and vehicle performance expectationsDesign system control architecture, logic and parameters to meet safety,performance, and life requirementsResearch, develop, analyze, and test alternate electric powertrainsystems for feasibility, cost, operation and performance in the On-HighwayEV mInvestigate vehicle problemsor component failures and recommend remedialactions, system design changes, or alternate components or features;identify and recommend product design improvements to the PMI Engineering Team
