　　We are currently looking for a Senior Process Cost Manager to join ourteam in the Chandler, AZ office. This is an excellent opportunity totake on a role where you will be exposed to numerous projects within thehigh tech sector and continue to grow your career.

　　\\Responsibilities\\

　　At Cumming, Senior Cost Managers work closely with all levels of teammembers within the organization to perform cost management andestimating consulting services for Architects, Engineers, and Developers/ Owners. They partner with office and project sector leadership toalign Cummings services to the needs of clients with the goal ofproviding industry leading consultation and revenue growth. Our goal isthat you achieve immense success and graduate to the level of Directorwhere you will oversee a project sector, client base, and/or geographicregion. Below are some of the items you will take on.

　　Prepare accurate and detailed construction cost and project costestimates from conceptual design through final construction documentlevel design.

　　Research prices on material and labor using published documents, localconditions, market studies, etc.

　　Partner with management team in developing new customers and growingexisting customer base.

　　Develop and nurture subcontractor/vendor and client relationships.

　　Assist in development of junior to mid-level team members.

　　Provide value engineering services, set up work breakdown structure, andprepare task orders.

　　Review, estimate, and reconcile change orders, often with Contractors ora peer review Estimator.

　　Prepare detailed bid analysis and review.

　　Depending on need and ability, may be tasked with overseeing a specificbase of clients.
