Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Tax Preparer in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry, based in Weston, Florida. In this role, you will work with the accounting team to prepare tax returns and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your knowledge of tax forms, including 1040s, 1041s, and 1065s, to prepare returns accurately.

• Operate UltraTax software to manage tax-related tasks.

• Provide assistance to the CFO as needed for both internal and external clients.

• Ensure all accounting functions are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

• Use your understanding of allowances and deductions to optimize client returns.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records.

• Handle customer inquiries, providing high-level customer service at all times.

• Perform data entry tasks as required, ensuring all customer information is accurate and up-to-date. Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience as a Tax Preparer within the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of Accounting Functions

• Familiarity with Allowances in the context of tax preparation

• Exceptional Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients

• Experience with Data Entry related to tax forms and information

• Understanding of Deductibles and how they apply to individual and corporate taxes

• Expertise in handling IRS Form 1065 and E1040

• Proficiency in using Creative Solutions - UltraTax for tax preparation

• Experience in using Ultratax CS for tax-related tasks.
