Location of the job: Jonesboro, AR

Pay: $27.92-$28.66 per hour, paid weekly

Base wage- $27.92 per hour with an additional $.85 per hour shift differential for 2nd. After successful evaluation period, wage increases to $28.66 per hour with additional $.85 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift.

Monthly bonus payouts

Shift: 3:00pm- 11:15pm, Monday through Friday

The Preweigh Lead is responsible for the safe operation of processing chemical batches to production. This operation delivers customer requirements through completion of the processing weighing, adhering to quality standards, and maximizing cost effectiveness, optimal processes, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a team to deliver excellent performance results.

Support chemical inventory accuracy and employee training in pre-weigh area.

Weigh chemicals in according to the provided bill of materials

Perform staging/returning duties on the forklift

Operate drum haulers within weighing area

Provide feedback, goals, and disciplinary actions with supervisor’s support as needed.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

High School Diploma required.

Must have the ability to Read and Comprehend, Writing and Mathematics.

2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing setting operating.

1+ year experience leading a team in a manufacturing setting.

Standup/sit down forklift experience

Previous experience operating weighing scales (preferred)

SAP experience

Strong communication abilities.
