You will administer the preparation of simple and complex, individual and small business State and Federal tax returns. This is a short-term contract / temporary opportunity. 　　What you get to do every day

　　Systematize transaction tax returns manually utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies

　　Keep in touch with clients to ensure necessary information/documents is up to date

　　Take care of clients with incoming calls to facilitate tax questions and set appointments

　　Perform a total count and invoice for form preparation fees

　　Furnish the Tax software application with appropriate data

　　Requirements - Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

　　Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment

　　Excellent data entry skills

　　Can work independently with minimal supervision

　　Strong familiarity with Computer Skills

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Organizational capabilities

　　Knowledge of Tax Preparer

　　Spreadsheet and database capabilities

　　AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred
