Credit Collection Intern with German

Do your internship within the CreditCollections department, and be supported in developing business skills, including practical communication skills, business acumen, time management, Microsoft Office, and much more. The exposure to the different functional areas will enable the development of skills and abilities that drives value for both Philips and our customers.

Your role:

Post payments to customer accounts

Daily and monthly reconciliations against monthly bank statements – identifying and resolving reconciliation items on customer accounts

Post and reconcile customer credit card payments

Process offsets to clear matched debts and credits on customer accounts

Support and contribute to accounts receivable accounting lean process improvements

You're the right fit if:

Fluent English German will be an asset.

Background in FA, Economics or Business Administration

Customer service focus

Communication and negotiation skills

Being teamplayer, open minded
