Your role:

A role within People function. Responsible for deployment of key People policies and processes and implementation of the People and Organization Strategy in Businesses and Markets, delivers HR services based on a solid understanding of People processes and organization’s needs, and offers operational support in implementing the people strategy set by the People Business Partner.

An ideal profile would be 10 + years of experience in HR Business partnering role focused around creating business impact with

Excellent stakeholder management

Good communication skills

Change management

You're the right fit if:

Minimally a Master’s degree in a related field (such as human resources, psychology, economics)

10+ years of relevant working experience as an HR Manager and a COE experience is advantageous.

Experience in design implementation of the HR strategy.

Ability to coach junior HR team members and leaders.

Experience in working with cross-geography team.

Experience in managing a change in terms of HR process or org structure.

Experience in managing stakeholders.

Ability to listen with empathy and communicate with impact.

High on collaboration
