　　We are expanding our Tax Team in Bensheim and currently seeking to recruit a tax expert as Tax Manager (m/f/d) for our European subsidiaries, with a focus on Germany.

　　Tax Manager (m/f/d) - Bensheim, Germany

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Review and accuracy of the quarterly tax provision - focus on Germany

　　Ensure that the organization complies with periodic tax payments, information reporting, and other taxing authority requirements

　　Support of the preparation of international tax aspects of the US and other income tax returns

　　Assist in maintaining intercompany transfer pricing documentation and compliance with company policy and local country requirements

　　lmplement tax planning opportunities and restructurings

　　Assist in the managing of tax audits

　　Work together with the company's Finance and Treasury functions with respect to the tax aspects of budgets, forecasts, reporting of specific transactions, withholding taxes and treasury-related transactions

　　Requirements And Qualifications

　　Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree

　　Proven track record of minimum 5 years within a tax consultant firm/Big Four, or in the German tax department of an international company

　　Certified German Tax Advisor is a plus

　　SAP/ Software skills are an advantage

　　Strong technical tax skills with emphasis on tax issues related to corporate tax, German tax law, restructurings, transfer pricing

　　Strong communication skills in English and German

　　Ability to work independently but maintain good relationships across multiple international geographies

　　Capable of working on multiple complex projects and bring those projects to successful conclusion
