A Place to Be Proud.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for merit budget processing and monthly audits of related data.Frequent trouble shooting and researching issues related to Lawson merit processing as requested by Lawson supervisors and other internal customers.Recommends and assists in the development and implementation of appropriate employee compensation structures.Communicates with managers and recruiters regarding compensation policy and assists in making appropriate changes in HRIS system.Interacts with all levels of hospital staff to resolve problems, gather information and provide assistance in compensation related matters.Conducts analysis on internal and external salary statistics and handles highly confidential employee data.Develops complex reports and queries on an as needed basis to provide compensation data for HR customers and other NCH leaders.Responsible for system implementation, configuration, testing, training, auditing and ongoing maintenance of HRIS systems as it relates to employee Compensation.Performs compensation related duties such as salary survey completion, annual wage & salary budget survey, and competing vendor information requests.Ensures Compliance with federal and state regulations and laws.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Skills: Strong interpersonal skills require. Demonstrated problem-solving and strong analytical skills. Strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office. High level of professionalism with the ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.Experience: Three to five years of human resources/compensation experience, preferably in a health care setting.The above list of duties is intended to describe
