　　What you'll be doing:

　　Participate in ground breaking Processor design in deep submicron technologies.

　　Work as part of a global circuits team to design innovative circuits for hardware security, adaptive clocking and power management solutions

　　Apply circuit techniques to improve the hardware security protection of the next generation GPUs by designing protection and detection circuits for common security attacks.

　　Create prototypes of patentable ideas on test chips and drive them to be deployed across the entire line of products.

　　Be a mentor/technical lead for junior team members.

　　What we need to see:

　　BSEE/MS preferred in Electrical, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience

　　3+ years of circuit design experience for Masters and 5+ years for Bachelors.

　　Good understanding of deep submicron process issues and circuit design is required and exposure to wide range of digital and analog circuit design techniques

　　Hands on experience running Spice and experience with timing analysis/closure is required.

　　Hands on experience in design and analysis of low power circuits (power gating, decaps, multi-vt, etc..)

　　Basic understanding and experience working with layout (drc, lvs) and PnR tools is a plus.

　　Experience with RTL, logic synthesis and verification is a plus and background with designing analog circuits such as ADC/DAC/PLL is a definite plus.

　　Experience in design and analysis of security attacks and common detection circuits is a plus.

　　Proficiency in scripting language, such as, Python, Perl, Tcl, Make and automation methods/algorithms a certain plus.

　　The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 247,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
