The position is responsible for the analysis of U.S. and Canadian tax issues and the communication of solutions to internal and external customers. The SAP ERP , SOVOS tax software and the Bloomberg Tax research systems are utilized to research tax related issues

　　Tasks:

　　Creating customer tax exemption certificates using SOVOS Compliance software (formerly Taxware).Analyze Sales tax issues and communicate the solutions to internal and external customers.Complete and submit Personal Property Tax Rendition forms.Submit Personal Property and Real Estate invoices for payment.Work with a third-party provider to coordinate the completion and submission of the Kennametal Stellite LP Sales/Use tax returns and paymentsGeneral Ledger reconciliation of monthly Sales/Use tax activity using excel spreadsheetsAssist with State Sales/Use tax audit documentation retrieval requests.Perform General Ledger account reconciliations

　　Junior or Senior level Accounting, Finance or Business Management majorGPA: 3.0 or above

　　Skills:

　　Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skillsExcellent analytical skillsPossess a high level of accuracyIntermediate level Excel skillsFamiliar with SAP ERP systemFamiliar with Microsoft Outlook
