Prepare the working papers for all tax and compliance filing for review of the Tax and Compliance Manager and/or Financial Controller.
File and submit all tax and compliance reports as per agreed timeline.
Identify, document, and escalate to the Tax and Compliance Manager and/or Financial Controller, any tax and compliance issues and concern.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholder.
Ensure final accounts, working files and other related documents are saved in SharePoint.
Work with the relevant teams in understanding current and proposed legal, tax, and statutory regulations especially those applicable to the organization.
Monitor issuances and development in regulatory legislation and communicate that to the team.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned or required.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
Accounting or Finance graduate
CPA or equivalent experience
Preferably from a BPO or Shared Service organization
Experience in handling tax audit
Practical knowledge in PEZA, BOI, SEC and other government regulations
Strong accounting, analytical and research skills
Good presentation and communication skills
