　　CHI St. Francis Health is a ministry serving the head of the Red River basin located in Breckenridge Minnesota founded by the Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls in 1899. 　　Responsibilities

　　The Certified Nurse Assistant (herewith referred to as C.N.A.) provides daily cares of residents in the nursing home by supporting personal hygiene and daily living needs.

　　Essential Key Job Responsibilities

　　Fulfills basic quality of life needs for residents

　　Answer call lights

　　Assist with preparation of meals, serve meals, feed patients

　　Vital signs (BP, T, P, R, and SaO2) weight measurements

　　Make beds, keep rooms clean

　　Ambulating, turning and positioning patients

　　Knowledge of isolation techniques

　　Reporting observations of patient to unit supervisor

　　Documentation of care provided

　　Safe patient handling (for self and patient)

　　Laundering of residents clothing

　　Strong work ethic and ability

　　Non-essential Job Responsibilities

　　Other duties as assigned by managementQualifications

　　Registered Nursing Assistant in Minnesota (must be obtained within 4 months of employment)

　　Reliable attendance

　　Customer Service Skills

　　Ability to use computer charting

　　Ability to work as part a team

　　Ability to operate equipment needed to assess patient

　　Pay Range

　　$16.30 - $22.42 /hour
