Are you the type of person who is creative, organized and enjoys helping others learn new skills that will help them grow in their careers? In this role you will work with internal subject matter experts to understand and assess learning needs, and design and develop online training for Vermeer team members around the world. We're looking for someone with strong instructional design and visualization skills to develop engaging online learning.
What You'll Do
Design interactive and visually engaging digital training content that meets learning objectives for a global audience.
Work through digital training projects from concept to completion by partnering with subject matter experts across the organization in fields such as legal/compliance, safety, human resources, engineering, marketing and others.
Partner with internal support teams including the creative studio to develop audio/video content and the learning management system administrators to deploy online training courses and curriculum.
Assess training from online learning providers. Partner with subject matter experts to ensure the providers' content meets Vermeer standards and quality expectations.
Solicit feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of the training and review evaluations with stakeholders. Recommend improvements to the training based on the feedback and evaluations.

Support administration of the Workday Learning module and day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS) as needed.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education/Adult Learning, Communications or Graphic Design.
Certifications from ATD (Association for Talent Development) are preferred, but not required for consideration.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent development or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to produce engaging, professional and error-free online training courses using Articulate (Rise/Storyline), Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
Strong writing skills including grammar, spelling, clarity, conversational copy, proofreading and revising.
Ability to convey complex topics in a simple way to engage learner participation, reflection and interaction.

Work Location
HYBRID: Some of a team member's day-to-day work may be best done at a location other than a Vermeer campus. Discuss specific arrangements with your manager.
