Description A well-respected Robert Half client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the company for an interim opportunity.As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall financial health and well-being of the organization. The CFO will oversee all finance, accounting, internal controls, forecasting, budgeting, treasury, tax, contract administration, Information Technology, legal administrative, building maintenance and facilities functions.

　　Identify and manage business risks and insurance requirements

　　Create ways to improve the integrity of a company's financial information

　　Oversee accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

　　Lead relationships with investors and investment institutions

　　Manage implementations and upgrades for financial systems

　　Manage or oversee the relationship with independent auditors

　　Provide strategic management of the Accounting and Finance functions Requirements - Strong communication (written and verbal) skills to interact clearly and effectively in a fast-changing environment

　　A minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior accounting/finance position

　　Solid understanding of accounting software and other computer software

　　CPA designation or MBA highly preferred

　　Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance or Accounting

　　Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
