Responsible to assist Manager withongoing department planning, execution and evaluation in order to ensure maximum sales, effective cost control and efficient utilization of labor. Requires ability toprovide training, development, and work direction to employees in a consistent and supportive manner.Candidate must possess exceptional communication and mathematical skills. 2-4 years in Food servicepreferred.
