About Talent Development Manager

  Position: Talent Development Manager

  Department: People

  Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Talent Development Manager (TDM) to deliver values-aligned, best-in-class learning and development programs that drive impact throughout Lincoln Center. This position reports to the Director, Talent Development, and will involve collaboration with senior leadership across multiple departments. As TDM, you will contribute to key strategic priorities, including facilitating highly visible trainings, scaling learning resources, and driving an overall culture of learning on campus. The ideal candidate will be extremely skilled as a designer & facilitator of original learning experiences, and as a strategic partner connecting colleagues with valuable resources that exist externally.

  Design, curate and scale employee learning programsSupport career pathways and career development efforts, activating resources and frameworks to help employees understand how they can grow their careersCollaborate with senior leaders to coordinate learning opportunities offered internally and externally Create and deliver highly effective learning content Evaluate learning outcomes and recommend/implement next steps Recognize and meet changing organizational needs Drive and integrate best practices throughout the organizationStay on top of industry trends and benchmark results against top-tier programs

  You'll be a fit if you bring:

  3-5+ years in a similar Talent Development/Learning and Development rolePassion for learning and development that is contagiousStrong relationship building acumen and interest/ability to connect with stakeholders across the orgA track record of success partnering and collaborating with senior leaders on department-specific and organization-wide talent initiativesProven ability to evaluate learning needs and meet those needs with resources Passion for public speaking and facilitationStrong process-oriented mindset and a keen eye for detailThe ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to drive resultsCommitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibilityThe ability to tell a compelling story with data

  You'll be a great fit if you bring:

  Experience building out an effective learning management system, evaluating content libraries, and/or leveraging LinkedIn LearningProfessional certifications related to talent development, coaching, and/or DEIA
