The successful candidate will be an outgoing, enthusiastic self-starter, with a desire to work and collaborate with teams and leaders across the company to strategically grow Coffman's workforce.Job ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with HR, Marketing and hiring teams in all offices to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies.Establish and maintain relationships with employment sources, such as educational institutions, recruitment firms, professional societies, and outreach organizations.Ongoing responsibility for creation, maintenance, and oversight of company's affirmative action plans.Work with stakeholders to develop and maintain job descriptionsSupport an inclusive culture and workforce, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.Establish and maintain talent market expertise including comprehensive view of industry trends, competitors and overall talent landscape.Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, including career fairs.Work with Marketing to contribute to and maintain recruitment social media, such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Indeed.Stay up to date with hiring and market trends including new social platforms, marketing methods, and employment trends.Some travel required.This position is not eligible for sponsorship.Expected annual salary of $72,000 - $85,000.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications or a related field, strongly preferredKnowledge and experience in OFCCP compliance, requiredMinimum 3 years' experience as a talent acquisition specialist, recruitment marketing specialist, or similar roleExperience with OFCCP applicant tracking requirements and assisting with gathering AAP documentation for plan creation, requiredExperience in the A/E Industry or experience as a consulting engineer, preferredAbility to exercise strategic thinking and collaborate with all levels and departments within the companyStrong presentation skillsIntermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Adobe Suite, a plus)Advanced knowledge and experience related to OFCCP, EEO, and affirmative action laws, regulation, procedures and best practices; AAP experience requiredExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent time management skillsExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters a plusAbility and willingness to assist in other areas of HR as neededAdditional InformationWhy You Want To Work HereCoffman truly focuses on its employees.
