  About the Team

  As a member of the Global Product and RD Talent Acquisition team, you will have a key role in supporting the growth and development of the core engineering and product team at TikTok. This position will be working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and key business stakeholders to design, implement, and drive acquisition strategies based on internal data analyses as well as external market intelligence. Key assets and outputs expected from this role aim to inform talent strategy typically answering questions related to recruitment effectiveness, global workforce market dynamics, talent sourcing intelligence, and skills/jobs analysis. This is a full-time role, hybrid 3-days in office based in our Bellevue office.

  Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs, scope data requests, synthesize insights, and provide talent intelligence recommendations that support the overall talent acquisition strategy

  2. Conduct market sizing, talent mapping, and competitor intelligence research using a range of sources to deliver talent acquisition insights for specific Product and RD domains

  3. Uncover trends and changes related to the global talent landscape and identify potential challenges that may arise

  4. Present insights in a compelling way that influences action that drives decision-making by applying data analysis research findings to support the right hiring outcomes

  5. Diagnose hiring bottlenecks for complex pipelines and key positions to partner with key stakeholders in recommending talent acquisition solutions based on internal and external data insights

  7. Identify critical metrics to measure recruiting productivity, monitor performance, and recommend improvements on a regular basis; support the team's reporting cadence including preparation of report templates, ensuring data integrity and that cadence is being maintained as per the established framework

  Qualifications

  Required Qualifications

  1. 4+ years of relevant experience in talent data analytics, labor market research, reporting, business intelligence, and project management

  2. At least one 1 year managing HR/TA data including dashboard design, data processing, and real-time data delivery

  3. Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Management Information Systems, HR/People Analytics or a related subject in Human Resources or Business Management

  - Deep experience in delivering the full lifecycle of analytics projects including requirements gathering, internal and external market research, data collection, data cleansing, analysis, QA/ QC, and implementation

  Preferred Qualifications

  - Experience in the Internet/hi-tech space would be advantageous

  - A track record of high performance, and success working in a fast-moving environment

  - Have the ability to work autonomously, build strong stakeholder partnerships, and influence without authority

  - Passionate about telling stories based on both quantitative and qualitative data findings

  - Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI, and an understanding of SQL or other programming languages like Python or R

  Job Information

  [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

  The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $97470 - $165680 annually.

  Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

  We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.

  Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.

  We also provide generous benefits like mental and emotional health benefits through our EAP and Lyra. A 401K company match, gym and cellphone service reimbursements. The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
