About the Team
Our client group is the core TikTok Product and R&D Business. We are excited to continue adding to our Talent Acquisition team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization.
The Global Product team is building up an engineering team for core TikTok products, to ensure TikTok continues a healthy growth, deliver the best product experience to all of our users, build the most attractive features to help users enjoy their time on TikTok, earn trust in privacy protection, and more.
What You Will Do
1. Deeply understand hiring needs; partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
2. Manage end to end hiring, including but not limited to sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding preparation, etc.
3. Identify, attract and close candidates that aligned with hiring plans
4. Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
5. Lead key initiatives and projects with our business teams, and other recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results;
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources or related field.
2. 5+ year relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
4. Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
