We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team.
General Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for recruitmentactivities and the administrative support of day-to-day recruitmentoperations. This position partners with hiring managers and their teamsto achieve staffing objectives by recruiting, interviewing, andselecting candidates. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays animportant role in implementing and executing best practices to create apositive candidate experience.
Essential Job Functions:
Recruits from internal and external sources in support of staffing plansin compliance with governmental requirements including EEOC, FCC, andOFCCP including attending career fairs, community outreach, campusrecruiting events and other recruiting efforts;
Provides administrative support for Talent Acquisition team, includingposting jobs on job boards, conducting background checks, and schedulinginterviews;
Creates requisitions and job postings, coordinates onsite interviews andtravel arrangements, and ensures timely correspondence and follow upwith candidates throughout the hiring process;
Attends and participates in job fairs, community activities, and otherpublic and departmental recruitment-related events;
Makes job offers, negotiates with candidates, and closes the offerprocess;
Coordinates hiring support from staffing agencies;
Assists with new hire onboarding facilitation;
Creates strong and diverse talent pipelines for our company\'s currentand future hiring needs;
Provides support to hiring managers via personnel recommendations andcollaboration on employment decisions;
Reviews all confidential information in a professional manner andinterprets information in order to make decisions with a high level ofdiscretion;
Travels to customer sites, project areas, business related events, andother Ritter Communications locations as required;
Other related duties and projects as assigned to support the HumanResources function.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of recruiting practices and procedures, particularly in theareas of employment branding with the ability to identify and attracthighly qualified passive candidates;
Knowledge of Company policies, procedures, products, and services;
Knowledge of all applicable state and federal employment laws;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel,PowerPoint, and Word;
Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions with accuracyand attention to detail;
Ability to apply problem solving techniques and practices;
Ability to develop effective working relationships with peers,supervisors, and managers within and across organizational lines;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability towork with employees at all levels in the Organization and other businesscontacts in a professional and tactful manner;
Ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail withlittle direction;
Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple as ignmentssimultaneously and to maintain high levels of confidentiality whendealing with employee information;
Ability to travel for business requirements; must possess a validDriver\'s License with a satisfactory driving record.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration orrelated field or equivalent combination of education and experiencepreferred.
