Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role primarily involves the processing of invoices and requires high attention to detail. Our workplace is fully onsite and demands adaptability to varying daily tasks and a readiness to constantly learn new systems and skills.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently processing invoices and contracts

• Ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all tasks

• Adapting swiftly and efficiently to varying tasks as required

• Learning and implementing new systems and skills as necessary

• Conducting Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Performing Bank Reconciliations and Bookkeeping duties

• Handling Data Entry tasks and using Microsoft Excel for various functions

• Managing Month End Close tasks

• Coding invoices as part of the bookkeeping responsibilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Bookkeeping role or similar

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel

• Demonstrable skills in Account Reconciliation

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Bank Reconciliations

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Proficiency in Bookkeeping software and tools

• Familiarity with Coding Invoices

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High degree of accuracy and precision in handling financial data.
