Overview
Join the PepsiCo UK team! We are looking for a Talent Acquisition partner to join our UK Professional hiring team. This role would suit someone with prior in-house or agency end to end recruitment.
As a key member of the professional hiring team, you'll work closely with our business leaders and functional teams to develop and execute bespoke recruitment strategies across our head office functions in Green Park, Reading.
You'll partner closely with key stakeholders to deliver a best in class recruitment experience for external hires, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing, candidate sourcing through to assessment and offer process management. One week you could be recruiting for a Marketing talent; the next supporting with external pipelining for Strategy & Transformation or working with finance on our EVP plans.
You can also expect to lead or collaborate on interesting strategic projects across TA or wider HR, with great opportunities to broaden your exposure and continue your career development.

Developing targeted recruitment strategies, bringing key external insights & recommendations to hiring discussions.Being a PepsiCo champion - effectively articulating our EVP to candidates and sharing exciting updates on our brand and strategies.Partnering with Talent and HR colleagues; understanding both the internal and external landscape and pro-actively identifying talent of the future through direct sourcing and pipelining initiatives.Delivering a best in class candidate experience throughout the E2E process.Effectively managing the relationship with our key external agency partners.Bringing your full self to work every day!
Qualifications

End to end recruitment at mid to senior level professional hiring. Inhouse or agency background, ideally working with similar sized corporate business.Strong direct sourcing experience and building relationships with passive talent.Commercial/FMCG experience not essential but a great to have.Business partner mindset - customer focused, consultative approach with strong follow up and drive for results.Ability to drive and own agenda, effectively prioritise.A strong willingness to learn, collaborate and build authentic relationships with a diverse audience.
We believe in-person collaboration is essential for the quality of our culture, team cohesion, creativity and innovation. We currently spend 60% of our working week in person, together with colleagues and key stakeholders and so recommend that Reading is within a manageable commutable distance.
