Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Table Games Shift Manager to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Table Games Shift Manager, you will manage Table Games team members, Table Games pit boss, floor and box supervisors. The Shift Manager will also oversee and supervise the successful operation of the table games area within Southland Casino, ensuring maximum game protection while ensuring all rules and regulations are being followed.
Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68300 - $92200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
Analyze customer play, cheating, scams, counters, and unusual or suspicious variations of play; oversee fills, player ratings, and rundowns.
Maintain knowledge all table games rules; review, on a periodic basis, the table games and card games floor layouts and playing rules to determine the need for any changes to increase profit and provide process improvement.
Maintain awareness of all pit activity at all times, including the Poker Room; manage all pit operations on a day-to-day basis.
Develop and implement pit policies and procedures to improve security, efficiency, asset protection, and guest service.
Provide reports providing written explanations for unusual table games statistical fluctuations in hold and win percentages and poker rake fluctuations.
Qualifications
Minimum of five years of gaming industry experience and at least three years of management experience is required.
Thorough knowledge of Table Games policies and procedures.
Basic math and computer skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good leadership abilities with the ability to defuse guest situations, manage stress and make decisions under pressure.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evening hours as business demands.
