Key Responsibilities:
Frontline technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, in-person, and remote channels
Swift diagnosis and resolution of technical problems across various IT equipment
Maintenance of hardware, software, and user account management adhering to organizational policies
Facilitating system upgrades, backups, and data recovery planning for optimal performance
Aid in software system development through troubleshooting and basic programming tasks
Documentation creation for independent issue resolution and conducting user training sessions
Remote support ensuring seamless IT access for users and offices
Collaborating with IT and cybersecurity professionals on complex projects
Requirements:
Proficiency in technical troubleshooting across hardware and software domains
Experience with user account management, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and system maintenance
Knowledge of data backup strategies, security protocols, and antivirus solutions
Strong communication skills and ability to train users on IT systems and security practices
Inventory management skills and collaboration capabilities with external vendors
2-3 years of professional experience working in a user support role
