　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　High School Diploma or GED

　　Technical certificate/trade desirable (ex. HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical certificate)

　　Experience in building maintenance with knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, various mechanical, electronic and plumbing systems preferred

　　Compassionate, patient and good communication skills

　　Be vaccinated for the flu (during flu season)

　　The starting hourly rate for this position is $15.00.
