　　The Opportunity:

　　As the Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day engineering and logistics activities in accordance with our clients’ engineering management system. The project you are supporting delivers integrated cross-class sustainment services, expert advice, and quality asset management.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Undertake requirements engineering activities.

　　Undertake design activities as part of the preliminary design and detailed design stages.

　　Draft or provide input towards the development of statements of work for acquisition.

　　Conduct Verification and Validation (V&V) activities as part of engineering change management activities.

　　Implement the system safety program and perform safety engineering activities.

　　Develop or provide input towards the development of service requirements as part of maintenance definition.

　　Identify items of supply required for codification and liaise with the logistics office to complete codification and cataloguing.

　　Logistics support analysis.

　　Undertake sparing analysis.

　　Perform technical investigations.

　　Provide engineering support such as SQEP review, engineering advice, and engineering support for trials.

　　Qualifications, Skills and Experience

　　Essential:

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

　　Minimum 2 years’ experience in Defence industry or similar position.

　　Eligible for International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) clearance on relevant ship systems.

　　AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance.

　　Desirable:

　　Experience in Defence Industry.

　　Experience in Marine Systems and structure.
