Description: Swing night shift (2-2-3 schedule)
Must be mechanically inclined (turning wrenches, operatinghoists, reading tape measure, etc)
They will train on day shift for at least a month before and then will move to nights.
Sets up, operates, shuts down and cleans a production extruder, mixer and other equipment in the Rigid Core process in accordance with established procedures. Mixes thermoplastic materials in the form of powder with semiautomated feeding systems into the extrusion machine.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Responsible for performing quality control checks of in-process and extruded/laminated products
Will be required to read, interpret, and respond to process information from a computer screen and/or viewing in process product.
Will need to read and understand a schedule while using a computer interface to record productions
Must have good visual acuity and attention to detail.
