Whiteboard Federal is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide mission-critical support to our customers. The ideal candidate will need to possess the following: working with the team to establish procedures to solve complex problems regarding system equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and output; preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written as well as designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting newly written programs; providing guidance to less experienced team members; delivering quality solutions.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Able to perform at an expert technical level and have a strong understanding of allphases of applications systems analysis and programming activities.Experience in designing, developing and implementing software systems, applications, and related products.Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general softwaremanagement best practices.Working technical knowledge of current software protocols, and Internet standards.Excellent software troubleshooting experience.Extensive application support experience.Working technical knowledge of current programming languages.Working knowledge of network and PC operating systems.Ability to capture requirements at both the management and technical level, and break those requirements down into measurable/testable user stories.Basic Qualifications:

　　A Bachelor or Master's Degree or equivalent experience.Demonstrate professional experience in a technical field.Experience with Systems Engineering Lifecycle processes and practices.Desired Skills:

　　Experience working within a cloud environment, AWS preferred.Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail.Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Clearance (Required):
