　　We are actively seeking a skilled Server and Cloud Administrator to join our consulting team based in Milwaukee, WI. As a Server and Cloud Administrator, you will be responsible for managing server infrastructure and cloud environments for our small to mid-sized clients. Your expertise in server administration, cloud technologies, and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients' IT operations.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Deploy, configure, and maintain server infrastructure for small to mid-sized clients.

　　Administer cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

　　Monitor and troubleshoot server and cloud infrastructure issues proactively.

　　Implement security measures to safeguard server and cloud environments.

　　Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements and provide tailored solutions.

　　Conduct regular system backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.

　　Perform system upgrades, patches, and optimizations as needed.

　　Provide technical support and resolve server-related incidents and requests.

　　Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in server and cloud administration.

　　Document configurations, procedures, and changes to the server and cloud environments.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience as a Server and Cloud Administrator.

　　Strong proficiency in Windows Server and Linux administration.

　　Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure or AWS.

　　Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

　　Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.

　　Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

　　Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

　　Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

　　Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).

　　Familiarity with ITIL practices.
