　　System Administrator- Security - Lenexa, Kansas

　　GBA Companies is establishing a new position for a System Administratorfor Security within our Information Technology group. This systemadministrator will be responsible for managing GBA Companiesorganizations security systems. They will ensure successful managementand implementation of security systems that integrate seamlessly intoour network to allow for reliable and safe production operations. Theywill work closely with other engineers, architects, and technicalexperts and may liaise with leadership to understand potential threatsand create process to improve security and mitigate issues.

　　Responsibilities

　　Partners with the broader security team to deliver actionableanalysis including Vulnerability Management, Detection Engineering,Security Operations, Incident Response, and othersResponds to Requests for Information to deliver ad-hoc threatresearch and formalized reporting.Participates in developing and maintain cyber threat intelligencerequirementsWorks as part of an analyst team delivering proactive and reactivethreat analysis briefingsDevelops and maintains threat intelligence platforms to enablethreat actor tracking, and effective IOC management/analysisDevelops platform integration and automation solutions to increasesecurity postureParticipates in implementation, maintenance and monitoring ofMicrosoft Security and Compliance SuiteParticipates in maintenance and monitoring of email gateway;implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of firewalls; andadministration of cloud delivered security and Azure securityplatformsPerforms routine social engineering tests and ascertain theorganizations level of vulnerabilityMaintains organizations incident response plan and disaster recoveryplanOther duties as assignedKnowledge & Experience

　　Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a directlyrelated field and 5+ years of experience in security and systemadministrationProfessional cyber security experience including threat hunting,incident response, threat intelligence, or similar concentrationareasExperience developing and producing written cyber threat analysisproductsKnowledge of Mitre ATT&CK, Diamond Model, CVSS, and industrystandard threat modelingExperience developing, maintaining, and maximizing the value ofThreat Intelligence Platform productsBackground in technical threat analysis, vulnerability/exploitanalysis, threat detection, and/or breach analysisExperience with developing and maintaining security layer solutions(Mimecast, Cisco Umbrella, Sophos experience a plus)Requires excellent analytical ability, consultative andcommunication skills, and ability to work both independently andacross a teamIts More Than Just a Job
