A key support role in our Business Cross Product Team and reporting directly to the Business Manager, your new position as Business Support Team Leader, is at the heart of managing key defence programs in our Under Water Systems team. Working in partnership with other members of the Business CPT, you will have a care to the overall administrative requirements of the project.

You are equally comfortable with every day administrative tasks, as you are with more involved work, drawing up reports, preparing and analysing metrics, working with data and keeping up to date with team assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and coordination of a small team of business support staff to ensure all business support tasks are executed in a professional and productive manner.
Coordinating meetings; preparing documentation including briefing packs, presentations, reports, project correspondence and acting on minuted items.
Manage business calendar of events across the broad scope of individual projects, coordinating both people and project movements, as well as deadlines and milestone activities.
Address accounting and data related tasking; reports, data management, invoices and payments.
Provide high level, confidential and professional administrative support, ensuring all personnel work within company policies, including Raytheon Australia and Commonwealth of Australia security requirements.
Ensuring documentation, files and records meet requirements for internal and external auditing.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Ideally at least 5 years of sound office administration experience in a multiple stakeholder environment.
Experience leading a team of administration or business support staff.
Proven ability to work in a high-tempo environment and complete work on time and with accuracy, coupled with excellent written and oral communications skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products and an aptitude to learn and apply alternate software packages; ability to analyse and disseminate data in reports (XLS and PowerPoint presentation formats).
A strong customer service orientation, coupled with skills that enhance team effectiveness and build team cohesion.
Proven ability to solve problems that may require analysis to understand and resolve.
