  What you will do

  As an Inside Sales Professional you report directly to the Head of Go to Market for Enlighted and will assist the Sales team in managing, supporting and growing the global customer base.

  Handle inquiries from sales partners and customers regarding product consultation/selection, standard pricing, order status, etc.

  Prospect, develop and expand new business.

  Manage, develop and expand customer relationships.

  Perform long range strategic planning and analysis and prepare summaries, and/or performs operational activities enabling the exploitation of (vertical and product) markets.

  Assist order management in order hold escalations.

  Assist Sales Engineers with project proposal preparation.

  Develop internal process improvements in sales cycle.

  Respond to semi-complex complaints and disputes within reasonable limit of authority, and recognize when to escalate customer issues.

  Support customers with referral to appropriate technical specialists for support and/or problem resolution when warranted.

  Support the sale of products through knowledge of product offering and promotional programs.

  What will you need to succeed

  Degree/ Diploma in a business or technical field.

  Over 2 years of work experience in a technical or commercial role.

  High level of attention to detail and strong technical aptitude.

  Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

  Highly proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP or other ERP System is a plus.
