Together, we won't stop!The Sustainability Sourcing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of T-Mobile's sustainability projects and strategic programs to support our business initiatives. They will be lead sustainability and supply chain efforts, ensuring they align with current and future work demands and project results. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, working with auditors, consultants, and business units to achieve sustainability targets and drive critical initiatives. This role involves sustainability plan management, tracking/resolution, project status communication, and risk assessment.What you'll need:Requires knowledge and proficiency in a wide range of global sustainability issues, customer care, change & innovation, critical thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management and results focused.Essential ResponsibilitiesSupport for the governance around portfolio operations involving LEED, REC, net zero, water conservation, waste/circular economy, and other sustainable operations frameworks.Working in sustainability teams to implement new technologies, identify cost savings opportunities, leading initiatives, tracking, and engaging the platform team on issues related to sustainability management.Presentations of periodic sustainability status and variance reports.Participate in the selection and management of suppliers with environmental / sustainability impacts, including but not limited to waste, energy, water, hazardous materials, supply chain, construction, transportation, and environmental auditing.Facilitate audits of environmentally conscious suppliers and their respective manufacturing processes to evaluate potential sustainability and environmental affairs risks.Prepare annual GHG inventory reporting to recognized sustainability standards and handle verification process.Ensure auditing controls are crafted and compliance is achieved to meet Sox requirements and future SEC reporting standards.Improve supplier management - supporting the evolution of supplier management through supplier scorecard development and supplier quarterly business reviews.Liaise with technical personnel to interpret technical specifications to commercial and corporate financial requirements.Summarize and present cases and agreements for executive review and approval.Serve as Technology Liaison- support technology in the evolution and expansion of our energy & sustainability portfolio. Assuring long term strategic and collaborative partnerships with suppliers that are innovative, flexible, and adaptive to our technological needs. Seeks out and evaluates new technologies to integrate into our facilities and network equipment that lowers environmental footprint.QualificationsMinimum Required4 years of proven experience in a combination of Procurement, Supply Chain Operations, Corporate Social Responsibility, Supplier Diversity and Sustainability practices and programs.Demonstrated experience developing and implementing business strategy, extensive experience writing cases, strong background in market intelligence research, and proficient in negotiation strategy and tactics.Extensive experience developing Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules and associated project materials in a mid to large size company.Education:Bachelors Degree.
