This is aRemoteposition with requirements to be in our Woodridge office for training and other periodic meetings. Qualified candidates must possess strong interpersonal communication skills, a work ethic focused on meeting clients needs as a top professional priority, and an eagerness to learn. OurSurveyProject Managerwill sign, seal and produce various plats of survey including but not limited to ALTA, Boundary, Topographic, Subdivision and Condominium Surveys.

　　General responsibilities include:

　　Preparing various land surveys.Managing survey projects from setup through completion.Bidding new projects and create/write proposals.Client interaction.Maintain project budgets and collections.Assist other Project Managers and Professional Land Surveyors with drafting and project preparation.Qualifications:

　　Must have 7+ year land surveying experience in Indiana.Proficient in AutoCad Civil 3D experience in construction calculations/Boundary and Topographic Survey preferred.Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills required.Professional licensure in Indiana required; Illinois licensure a plus.
