　　Mandatory hands-on with minimum 6 years of experience in Service now applications such as ITOM/ITAM-CMDB/HRSD

　　High level JD:

　　Requirement Gathering : Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to understand their needs and translate them into ServiceNow requirements.

　　Application Development: Expert in Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet organizational needs. This includes configuring complex application components in service portal, forms, tables and logic workflows.

　　Scripting : Expert in writing and maintaining scripts using JavaScript, Glide Script, Angular JS/NodeJS, HTML/CSS and other scripting languages to automate processes, create rules, and enhance ServiceNow functionality.

　　Integration : Expert in Integrating ServiceNow with other third-party applications and systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.

　　User, Group & license Administration : Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within ServiceNow, ensuring proper security and data protection. Expert in Maintaining licenses within entitled for compliance

　　Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into system performance, usage, and compliance.

　　Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, architecture flow diagrams and changes made in the ServiceNow platform.

　　Upgrades and Patch Management: Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and apply upgrades and patches as needed, ensuring system stability and security.

　　Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, helping them utilize

　　Preferred qualification :

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience

　　Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript and scripting languages)

　　ServiceNow Certification (e.g., Certified ServiceNow Developer) is a plus

　　Knowledge of ITAM and ITOM process is preferred

　　Demonstrated experience in architecting and configuring solutions in ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM and Agile modules

　　Experience with ServiceNow integrations using LDAP, SSO, Mid server, web-services, email and other relevant technologies

　　Configured ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery probes and sensors

　　Design Automation workflows using ServiceNow Orchestration, Integration Hub and spokes

　　Experience with ServiceNow Platform applications and capabilities like Virtual Agent, Portal, Flow Designer, predictive intelligence, mobile apps etc.

　　And Ideally:

　　Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　Project management experience is a plus

　　Demonstrated ability to build trust and strong cross-functional relationships across an organization to achieve common goals
