　　Position Overview:

　　We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who specializes in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation projects for a distribution company in Fond du Lac, WI. As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and overseeing an ERP implementation project for the company, as well as process improvement initiatives across the organization. Ideally, you're a PMP certified Project Manager with deep knowledge of ERP systems to ensure the successful delivery of the project on time and within budget.

　　This role is 100% onsite in Fond du Lac, WI. You must currently be located within reasonable driving distance to be considered.

　　C2C is not available for this role.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　ERP Implementation Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution.

　　Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals, and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

　　Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in.

　　Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.

　　Quality Assurance: Ensure that ERP implementations meet quality standards and align with client expectations.

　　Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including internal and external team members and third-party vendors.

　　Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project charters, requirements, change requests, and status reports.

　　Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and track expenses to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.

　　PMP Best Practices: Apply PMP best practices and methodologies to project management processes and methodologies.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

　　PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred.

　　Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects, including all phases of the project lifecycle.

　　Excellent project management skills, including scope management, schedule management, and budget management.

　　Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

　　Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address project challenges effectively.

　　Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
