Description

　　The E-reader Platform team, Chennai is looking for talented Support engineers who will be primarily responsible for handling business operations. Responsibility includes driving issue resolution / identify root cause and fix, ensuring availability of service, and manage sufficient metrics / monitors / alarms, perform maintenance and bug fixes and minor enhancements.

　　The ideal candidate would be innovative and have great problem solving and analytical skills. You must be very comfortable and confident working on scripting and Java programming language. You must have strong knowledge of working on AWS infrastructure. You are proficient with at least one high-level scripting language (such as Python, Ruby, or Perl). You should have a bias toward automation. You enjoy helping others solving problems. You pay attention to detail and solve problems at their root. You will be working in a hyper-growth environment where priorities shift quickly. You must be flexible and adapt well to a wide range of tasks and technologies.
