　　Job Description – This role is for Senior Business Development Manager (L6) for the Amazon Pay co-brand credit card business (CBCC). CBCC was launched in 2018 as a strategic partnership with ICICI bank and VISA and has grown to become India’s largest co-branded credit card portfolio. It is a key Prime benefit for India consumer business. This role is for the BD manager in the team whose mandate is to offer the most rewarding experience to the card users and drive industry leading monthly activity rates to become instrument of choice for the customer. Apart from this, the incumbent will help drive BD initiatives to launch the Small Business Credit Card (SBCC).

　　Key job responsibilities

　　The key responsibilities for this role include:

　　• Understand the customer and drive benefits/offers (GTM inputs) to drive best-in-class and best-at-Amazon (BAA) monthly activity rates for CBCC card holders

　　• Drive incremental value for CBCC customers (a) on-Amazon through collaboration with partner teams (Prime, Travel), and (b) plan and execute off-Amazon engagement strategy partnering with the bank

　　• Own and drive partner engagement mechanisms (MBRs, Quarterly leadership connects) with key strategic partners (VISA, ICICI)

　　• CBCC program P&L ownership

　　• Improve partner bank sustainability by improving revenue opportunities and reducing Opex

　　• Drive inputs to launch Small Business Credit Card by driving discussions on value proposition, partner selection and contract closures

　　Credit and Lending business at Amazon Pay serves 1cr+ happy customers through the Amazon Pay Credit card and Amazon Pay Later programs. The Amazon Pay Credit card is the largest co-brand credit card program in India.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　5+ years of professional or military experience

　　Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals

　　MBA

　　Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units

　　Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
