　　Job Summary: PSC provides global and diverse services to Caterpillar facilities, including site purchasing, category purchasing and other divisions. PSC assists customers on optimizing supply chains, identifying and minimizing operational risks. PSC China team is always committed to the standardization of operating procedures, the continuous improvement of procurement processes and the use of high-tech technologies to improve operational efficiency.

　　What You Will Do:

　　Manage various kind of regulation requests (declaration) with global suppliers (deadlines, incomplete submissions, supplier questions/issues, liaison with engineering).

　　Escalate internally (Policy Buyer, Product Group, Engineering, Central Regulation team) when supplier is past due.

　　Familiar with various regulations/purchasing system and demand.

　　Support EXD OTD team run weekly HEX line own analysis and mange W.W allocation for constraint parts.

　　What You Have:

　　Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or above

　　Analytical Thinking:

　　Accurately validate data from suppliers and customers.

　　Ability to determine the root cause of compliance relate problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

　　Effective Communications:

　　Fluent in oral English

　　Be able to effectively communicate with diverse teams and individuals from different regions and countries.

　　Feedback following timeline requirements to meet customer satisfactions.

　　Knowledge of a Specific Procurement System:

　　Have the basic knowledge of any procurement system, like SAP.

　　Identifies the basic tools used for maintaining procurement information and records.

　　Additional information: Travel less than 5%
