　　We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics team, the team aims to provide better products and experience, better delivery costs, strengthen industrial supply chain capabilities, and enhance platform reputation and long-term value.

　　Responsibilities:

　　- Gather qualitative information from cross-functional teams as it affects future forecasted demand. Build and manage processes to incorporate planning inputs in a seamless and scalable manner.

　　- Responsible for the management and control of key indicators such as timeliness and cost of the entire supply chain, building corresponding dashboards and reporting systems, conducting data analysis on operational indicators, and supervising the corresponding business groups to complete optimization and improvement;

　　- Responsible for the business system and system construction of warehouse replenishment;

　　- Responsible for the analysis and segmentation transformation from sales forecast to supply chain forecast;

　　- Conduct monthly forecast accuracy review and report results and issue root cause of inaccuracies.

　　- Drive leadership business reviews on long term capacity strategy.

　　Qualifications

　　- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems Management or relevant fields.

　　- 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning including demand, procurement, supply, distribution.

　　- Demonstrate deep knowledge of statistical inventory control, demand planning, and forecasting.

　　- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. SQL proficiency is required.

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $96800 - $217600 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
