　　We are Generative AI team under Monetization Technology. Our team focuses on developing cutting-edge Generative AI techs across all modalities, including text, image, videos, landing pages, etc., and creates industry-leading technical solutions to improve creative efficiency for advertisers, agencies and creators. 　　Responsibilities

　　1. Develop Marketing Multi-Modal LLMs, align visual and language information based on LLMs and CLIP/BLIP models, improve content understanding and generation through data construction, instruct optimization and model tuning;

　　2. Develop marketing image generation models, optimize SD models to improve identity preservation and visual/delivery performance;

　　3. Explore video editing and production models and end-to-end video generation technology;

　　4. Track the latest technologies in the industrial creative, multimodal, and generative AI fields, apply them to improve advertising creativity understanding, automatic generation, and optimization scenarios.

　　Qualifications

　　1. Postgraduate degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields.

　　2. 5+ years of relevant development experience and demonstrated knowledge of natural language processing, computer vision, recommendation algorithms, advertising algorithms, search algorithms, etc.

　　3. Great potential, good product sense, able to apply algorithms in product form, and able to lead progress and achieve results in projects.

　　3. Familiar with machine learning and data mining, with in-depth theoretical research and practical experience, and able to apply them in business; preferred: published papers in top conferences such as KDD, AAAI, CIKM, WWW, RecSys, NeurlPS, ACL, EMNLP, and familiar with TensorFlow/PyTorch frameworks and principles.

　　4. Sensitive to data and business, passionate about solving challenging problems, and possess strong abstraction, project promotion, and innovation abilities.

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $187040 - $280000 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
